The customer of Termpaper123.com has the right to cancel an order within two (2) hours after purchase. The customer will forfeit to Termpaper123.com a processing fee of five percent (5%) of the total cost of the order in the event of cancellation of order.

Any order which is cancelled after the expiration of two (2) hours after purchase will not be accepted for refund. The customer will be responsible for the total cost of the order and the customer’s credit card will be billed the full amount should the customer fail to cancel the order within the two (2) hours time period.

Termpaper123.com has the sole discretion of allowing or disallowing refund, partial or full, for any reason whatsoever.

2Checkout will only issue a Refund to the original funding source. For example, an order funded via Credit Card will be issued a Refund to the account for the Card that was used to fund the order. An order funded via PayPal will be issued a Refund to the original PayPal account. If the PayPal account is closed, the Customer should be referred to 2Checkout for assistance..

The customer is advised to study the Refund Policy before placing his/her order. By placing an order on Termpaper123.com, the customer is understood to have accepted this Refund Policy.
